We developed a Virtual Assistant for one of the most important global banks in Mexico.

The project started with an initial requirement of 120 experiences; Today the virtual assistant is trained with more than 1000 different topics.

So far the virtual assistant has had more than 800,000 conversations with current and potential clients, without the need for human intervention in 82% of the cases.
